General Description: 

On request, our trained staff will accompany passengers during their time at the airport, whether it be on arrival, before departure, or while waiting for a connecting flight. This meet and assist service can be tailored to the individual’s needs, assisting with the formalities of security and immigration control, and help deal with any issues that might arise. It may also include help with overcoming language barriers, when checking in or picking up luggage and finding your way around the airport.

Main Duties & Responsibilities:

    Meet customer at Terminal forecourt Accompany through check in Escort them through to the gate and see them onto the aircraft Helping them along every stage of their airport experience

 

Required Characteristics:

    Good written and verbal English Multilingual languages preferred Friendly and approachable nature Customer Service Good Airport knowledge Problem Solving Energetic and enthusiastic Good telephone manner and communication skills Ability to handle stress Customer focused Time management skills

 

Qualifications:

    General Security Awareness Training (GSAT) Required Customer services training

Documents and info required:

-        Proof of right to work

-        NI Card

-        Proof of address (bank statement, utility bill or full driving license)

-        5 years’ work/education history with no gaps

-        CRC will be required

Working Hours: Early and late shifts, rotating roster
Work Status:  Full time
Experience: Experience in customer services preferred however not compulsory.
Travel: Commute to and from different terminals and head office.
