ARL Terminal 2 Operation (TG-OoG check-in)
On behalf of Thai Airways, I would like to thanks for your staff-Mr. Sidroy Afonso- who exercised his effort to handle and arrange delivery of VVIP baggage 214 pieces on flight TG911/29DEC16. He did loading all those bags into Out Of Gauge belt and having the number of piece and weight registered. Consequently, there was no mishandling of baggage or any piece left behind at LHR.
His baggage handling on that day had brought satisfaction to passengers. They are Thai Airways customers and your staff (Mr.Sidroy) did his job flawlessly.
Please convey my sincerest thanks to Mr. Sidroy for his best job well-done and best delivered to your company customer.

My flight was delayed 24 hours. Your staff dealt with the rescheduling in a professional and sympathetic manner. On arrival your operative was waiting for us by the relevant carousel with our name clearly displayed. He helped us from the baggage hall to the car park, quickly and efficiently.1010 for his service and effort
